Charlotte has a genuine passion for her work and this infects every stage from design to implementation.
I was struck by the fact that she is equally enthusistic about Traditional and Contemporary designs which makes it very comfortable for the client at the design phase.
It was also great to have her manage the entire project and meant I felt very comfortable expressing my views of all the work being carried out.
